How does the 14-day free trial work?
Pick a plan and use everything in it free for 14 days. Your first payment is only charged after the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime before then — no long-term contracts.
Do my clients need an app to book?
No. Clients book on your branded booking page or straight from your own website via the booking widget — 24/7, from any device. Beauty businesses can also get discovered and booked on the Salunas marketplace.
Does CleverBooking work for my type of business?
If you work by appointment, yes: salons, clinics, spas, studios, personal trainers, consultants and more. Appointments can be in person at one or more locations, by video call, or mobile at the client's address.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your dashboard — changes take effect immediately.
How do online payments work?
On Premium and Enterprise you can let clients pay online (cards and local methods via Stripe), require prepayment or deposits, and protect yourself against no-shows. Your client always pays your listed price; CleverBooking deducts a small payment fee from your payout on online-paid bookings only.
Which languages are supported?
English, Dutch, French, Portuguese and Spanish — for both your dashboard and your clients' booking experience.
I already use another tool — can I switch?
Yes. Setting up your services, staff and opening hours takes minutes, and clients are added the first time they book or when you enter them. Export your client list from your current tool to keep it at hand, and email us if you want help getting started.
How do WhatsApp reminders work?
When a booking is confirmed, CleverBooking sends a WhatsApp confirmation and reminders 24 hours and 2 hours before the appointment, from our verified business number. Basic includes 50 reminders a month, Premium 500, Enterprise unlimited (fair use).
